Amb. Godwin Selase Zigah is a distinguished Ghanaian leader whose work spans business, diplomacy, and community development.
He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ZIGX Mining and the CEO of the Adankwame Community Mining Scheme. In addition, he holds the position of Head of Foreign Investment, Solid Minerals & Partnerships in Ghana and serves as a Senior Advisor on Infrastructure Investment and Solid Minerals in West Africa, where he plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering international collaborations.
His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to sustainable mining practices, community empowerment, youth and education development, and regional economic transformation. He consistently advocates for responsible resource management while ensuring that communities directly benefit from mining activities.
Through his initiatives, he has supported the development of schools in underserved communities, donated educational materials to enhance learning, promoted community-centered mining models, and fostered international partnerships for development. His efforts reflect a deep dedication to improving lives and creating lasting impact.
His vision is to ensure that mining becomes a tool for inclusive growth and long-term transformation, benefiting both present and future generations while safeguarding the environment.
